I'm so excited to announce the first Journey to the Center of Manhattan blog giveaway!

  4. What a great giveaway! I like them on Facebook. My favorite mantra is either "just do it" or "you will never regret it". Simple but usually enough to convince me to get my butt out there!

  6. I like them on Facebook! My favorite mantra is smooth and steady. Nothing fancy just reminds me to focus on form not freak out about how far I have to go. However, there will ALWAYS be jiggle in my wiggle, I like it that way!

  7. I liked them on Facebook. I can't say I have a mantra...Maybe I need to pay more attention to what's going through my head and getting me through the end of races or long runs. I have found it helps me to think "Just Breathe" to remind me to slow down my breathing (that one came from yoga though).

  13. I liked them on FB!! I laughed out loud when I saw "there will be no jiggle in my wiggle", that's good stuff. I always repeat to myself that you never regret a workout, but you almost always regret skipping one.
